	Students are only eligible to apply for Motorcycle Permits.

Home Campus *
	Parking permits are sold on the basis of ‘home’ campus only.

	City East/City West – insert Bay Number as allocated by Campus Services. Magill/Mawson Lakes – insert Bay as allocated in 2007. If you require a change to your Bay you must first contact Tenix Solutions.

	Additional permits are only issued to staff using more than one vehicle provided all registration papers for the vehicle have the same address as the applicant. Forward copies of all Registration Papers to Tenix Solutions, PO Box 10096, Adelaide, SA, 5000. Your permit/s cannot be released to you until these have been received by Tenix Solutions. NOTE: Staff applying in 2008 with the sameRegistrations as detailed in 2007 do not need to provide copies of Registration papers in 2008.
